The staff in this finely remodeled old building were helpful and friendly. A welcome retreat from the crowed turist areas of Venice.

every time in venice, i choose this place. walk from a train station, that's particularly good location for me. blu, where you can eat dinner, is a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. i have stayed in an a single room with a minibar, central heating, and multi-channel tv. the bedroom is comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay pleasant.

Moving heavy luggage up four flights of stairs was challenging, especially for my elderly mother. The dark alley to our apartment was unnerving.

We really liked the location of this hotel, off the main toursist track but within walking distance of everywhere. The stafff were very friendly and welcoming, they also spoke good English which was useful for us. The rooms were furnished beautifully.

reception not very efficiently manned ( we had to knocjk hard to get in one afternoon(!) only 6 breakfast tables for 15 rooms - always a queue for a table.

Cozy room, excellent breakfast with a good cappuccino, and the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions on foot.

Hotel people is very nice on explaining everything about the city. The location is fine, close to the train station and parking but as everything on Venezia, hard to find (not a negative point). The hotel decoration is very nice as well as the breakfast. The individual bedroom (#11) is small but enough.

Miss just a small table but as the room is small... I don't think it will fit in.

One day the room was not cleaned and made up. One night I woke up beacuse the bed was full of insects!!!!! (Ants). I received a discount beause of the ant incident but it has been the first time that I incurrend in such a situation. As a whole the hotel was not very clean. Whatsmore the hotel is quite far from both the station and the centre (piazza San Marco). You need to take the ferry. The hotel is far from any kind of restaurant or bar and in that part of the town there are no shops. The owner has been polite but...For these reasons I think that the price charged is too expensive.

The rooms where very nice and good sized. The breakfast was above standard. The hotel is more of a 4 star hotel, except there is no pool restaurant ect. But the quality was for sure there and the hotel was renovated perfectly. A good romantic hotel.

I had a great time in this peaceful hotel! The apartment was spacious with a lovely balcony that had amazing views. I loved the cozy ambiance and the comfortable bedding—it really felt like home. The modern kitchen made our stay even better, allowing us to enjoy home-cooked meals.

Who said it is hard to find this hotel? Go to maps.google.com and you will get the directions perfectly. I didn't turn the wrong way not once. It is a warm hotel, always on service
